The slaughtering holder is made from structural steel class 11, surface finish – after customer requirement (coating, metalizing) or from stainless steel.
The slaughtering holder is used for cattle slaughtering on the cattl production line, for horse and camel. It could by used fot Muslim (HALAL) and Jewish (KOŠER) method of the slaughtering – it means that the animal are slaughtered according to dietary rules of Muslim or Jewish religion. In both methods the creatures are turned upside down in the cage and their uncovered neck is undercut by the sharp knife.
