The pneumatic eviscerating dropper is used for working in heights. It consists of two columns fixed into the floor with four anchor bolt. The platform is hung on two pneumatic cylinders and moves in sliding leadings on the columns. The platform is controlled by foot lever. The device is equipped with pneumatic extensible spoon for eviscerating which is controlled by hand lever. On the floor is antiskid grid. The whole platform is stainless steel, except pneumatic elements.
The platform can be delivered incl. washbasin and knife sterilizer (see the drawing).
