The elevator is used for overcoming the difference in height by suspended railways (flat-bar or round-bar). The device pushes the hooks up or sinks them. The elevator is delivered in right or left design (according to console’s placing) with maximal slant 45°. Minimal distance between axes of the chain-wheels is 520 mm.
Elevator’s body is made of shaped plate and serves to the chain’s roller guiding; to the railway and guard profile fixing. On the lower part of the elevator is placed gear-box incl. engine which drives the driving chain-wheel. There are fixed spurs on the chain which move the hook on the railway. Chain’s tensioning is made by moving the driving-wheel through the use of tension bolts.
